I hit the jackpot when I joined FCCNS in 2024!  As many of our staff have shared, it is the community that makes FCCNS so special. From the inspirational director, teachers and support staff to the wonderful families who come through our doors every day, everyone contributes their own bit of magic to make our school a special place to work and learn!

My husband and I moved to Darien more than 20 years ago, which is hard to believe.  We have raised our two children here, both of whom have been very involved in the arts through music, theater, dance and visual arts.  In between shuttling the kids to rehearsals and performances, I found a very fulfilling role in our community as an active volunteer supporting various education and arts focused non-profits in town, including Darien Advocates for Education of the Gifted (DAEG) and The Darien Arts Center, where I served as President of their respective Board of Directors.

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, reading, long walks around our beautiful town and catching up with friends over coffee!

Now that my children are high school and college aged, returning to a pre-school for work has provided a joyful window into one of the sweetest stages of parenthood – I feel very lucky to work here!
