I have worked for FCCNS since 2019 when I started floating and sharing my love of nature and yoga with preschoolers.  I have a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Master of Arts of Teaching from the School for International Training in Brattleboro, Vermont.  I have taught children in Germany and Mexico as well as in California and Massachusetts.  My husband, Howard, and I have lived in Darien for over 17 years and have raised three daughters here.  My volunteer activities have included being a Girl Scout leader, Girls on the Run coach, Godly Play and Confirmation teacher as well as the Chair of Sunbusters summer camp and the Junior Sailing program at Noroton Yacht Club. In my free time, I enjoy sailing, skiing, hiking, gardening, needlepointing and walking our dogs Piper and Otter.
