I have had the pleasure of being on the staff at FCCNS since 2010 where I started out as a sub. My role here has grown from just a part-time fill in to starting my sixth year teaching the 5 Day 4-year-old class!
I have a B.S. in Education from Manhattan College and a M.S. in Early Childhood from the College of New Rochelle. I have been married to my husband Barry, for 27 years and have we have raised our three children in Darien since 2003. My son Jamie, is a mechanical engineer graduate of Western New England University. My daughter, Leah is a senior at Loyola University, and my youngest son Christopher, is a senior at Darien High School. I am an active member and volunteer of St Thomas More Church here in Darien and have taught Religious Education since 2009. When not in school, I like to take my dog, Lucie, on long walks, love to read, and go to the beach!
My favorite thing about FCCNS is the sense of community! Whether it's the teachers, or the families of your students, everyone is kind, caring, and always looking out for one another! That makes FCCNS a very special place and one I am truly grateful to be a part of!
