PreK: Pizza Mondays
The children will have a pizza lunch together (or a lunch from home if your child prefers), play in the classroom, and have some outdoor play time as well (weather permitting).
*This may be a mixed age group based on enrollment.

The children will shake off the week and get ready for the weekend with indoor and outdoor play (weather permitting).

4's Tuesdays: Numbers and Science
Children investigate numbers and life sciences through hands-on activities and experiments. They will count, measure, mix, balance objects, and test different combinations. They will discover and further understand the world around them such as: Why does hair stand up in the winter? How can an ice cube stick to a string? What is hibernation? And what do worms eat?
Program time: 12-2:30 pm

4's Wednesdays: Letters and Literature
Each week silly puppets will introduce a different letter of the alphabet through games, songs, activities and stories. Children will practice writing the letter in the air, in sand, on paper – they may even try to form the letter with their body.

4's Thursdays: Little Gardeners
In this fun and hands-on program children will learn and practice all aspects of gardening and experience the reward of helping the FCCNS garden grow.
*This will be a mixed group of 3’s and 4’s (capped at 16 children).

4's Thursdays: Confident Kids
Calling all confident kids! FCCNS is proud to introduce Confident Kids Club to our lunch bunch offerings. Through art, music and games your child will develop tools to name, celebrate (!) and better understand their emotions. What can we do with all of these big feelings? So many incredible things!
* This will be a mixed group of 3's and 4's (capped at 12 children).

4's Thursdays: Story Art Yoga
In this new lunch bunch offering your child will listen to a new story each week and interact with related yoga poses to energize their bodies and calm their minds. To round out our afternoon we will create a fun art project that ties into the story theme as well.
* This will be a mixed group of 3's and 4's (capped at 10 children).
