MONICA JEFFERS

I have been teaching at FCCNS since 2014 as one of the 2’s teachers in the first 2's class at the Nursery School. I absolutely love this particular age group because it is inspiring to witness their sense of wonder and their eagerness to learn and discover the world around them. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development/ Family Studies from the University of Connecticut and also hold an Early Childhood Education Teaching Certificate from Norwalk Community College. I’ve been married for over 19 years and have four wonderful children. My family and I have lived in Darien for the past 15 years. I'm a very busy mom and teacher but on my free time I enjoy quiet walks in nature and spending time with my family.
